Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Tightness
- Virtual tightness check in UG to simulate project concept design phase.
- Definition of test methods and requirement.
- DVP Defining complete vehicle tightness test plan and test parts.
- Implement tightness test following test standard (Water management test/Water fording test/Washability test/Dust test, etc.).
- Responsible for test reports as deliverable.
- Responsible for IRS tracking Tightness issue solutions.
- Raising, management and solving of issues effecting Tightness.
Corrosion
- Defining corrosion strategy for complete vehicle, including Body / Assembly parts.
- Defining SSTS and component system corrosion targets.
- Implement corrosion durability test, including road test/tear down/cutting and assessment.
- Responsible for test reports as deliverable.
- Responsible for IRS tracking Corrosion issue solutions.
- Raising, management and solving of issues effecting Corrosion.
Desired Candidate Profile
A bachelor's degree in mechanical / automotive or a related technical field. Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Automotive Product Development in Durability
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Good communication and team collaboration.
- Ability to multitask.
- Problem-solving and proactive attitude.
