Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough cost analysis to identify variances and recommend corrective actions, ensuring projects stay within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed cost control reports, providing insights and forecasts to project management on financial performance.
- Collaborate with project managers to establish baselines for budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Monitor and control expenditures, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field, with a strong mathematical foundation.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in cost control or project finance within the construction or engineering sectors.
- Experience in large-scale projects, particularly in oil & gas, infrastructure, or manufacturing industries.
