Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor inventory transactions including warehouse transfers, store transfers, and wastage control.
- Review and analyze inventory variances and prepare reports for management.
- Assist in pricing analysis and ensure accurate cost allocation.
- Manage master data and create new items in the POS system.
- Support the accounting team during month-end and year-end closing.
- Provide guidance and support to stores during monthly inventory stock takings.
- Monitor daily and monthly inventory reports, highlighting discrepancies and proposing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies related to inventory and cost management.
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to improve cost efficiency and accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in cost control or inventory management, preferably within the F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, cost allocation, and variance analysis.
- Experience with POS systems and ERP software (knowledge of Exact ERP is a plus).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
