Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and commercial proposals for exhibition stands, retail displays, and branded marketing units.

Analyse customer requirements, design specifications, and product drawings to support RFQ submissions.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for material pricing, production timelines, and delivery schedules.

Develop Excel-based costing sheets and ERP CRM /MIS reports for management review.

Support Sales & Marketing teams in pre-sales activities including quotation preparation and pricing strategy.

Interpret AutoCAD or similar design files to generate visual references for costing and client presentations.

Maintain cost databases and ensure compliance with internal documentation standards.

Provide data-driven insights to improve pricing competitiveness and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.

Qualifications & Experience

4 to 5 years of relevant experience in exhibition stand manufacturing, POSM, signage, or retail display estimation.

Proficiency in Excel (including dashboards and analytics), ERP systems, and costing tools.

Familiarity with materials such as MDF, acrylic, vinyl, and digital signage.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design specifications.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software is an advantage.
