Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and tender/offer submissions.


Strong knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.


Ability to analyze drawings, coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors, and prepare competitive bids is essential.


Good understanding of materials, site practices, and market rates required.


Strong analytical and communication skills preferred.


Knowledge of 3D design software (SketchUp/Revit) will be an added advantage.
