Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise & analyze costing sheet for the entire production on monthly and quarterly basis and determine variances.
Analyze costs of raw materials and other supplies and create cost-benefit analysis
Manage day-to-day operations of the existing cost accounting functions.
Performs the monthly closing activities including preparation of the cost to operate statement along with supporting analysis.
Estimates the cost of newly manufactured products.
Preparing the costing model to estimate the products cost, margin and expenditure.
Cost Reports & Dashboards: Prepare monthly cost performance reports and Budget vs. Actual variance reports for management review. Present findings and cost trends to support operational and financial decisions.
Prepare periodic reports on production costs and conduct Variance Analysis between actual and standard costs, providing necessary recommendations.
Review overhead allocation over production order.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Bachelor s degree in accounting or finance.
7-10 years of experience in cost accounting manufacturing industry is a MUST
Excellent command of English Language, written and spoken.
Excellent in using Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI.)
Have ERP background preferred "Oracle".
Advanced analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ability to prepare high-accuracy analytical financial reports.
Solid understanding of IFRS and industrial cost control frameworks.
Clear reporting and presentation skills for financial and non-financial audiences.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in production environments.
CMA certification is a plus.
Desired Candidate Profile
