Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Safely operate cranes and forklifts to move materials, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and company policies.
Perform pre-operational inspections of equipment, identifying and reporting any mechanical issues to prevent accidents and downtime.
Load and unload materials, verifying the accuracy of items against shipping documents and ensuring proper placement.
Transport materials to designated locations, navigating warehouses, and construction sites with precision and care.
Coordinate with other team members, such as riggers and warehouse staff, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Participate in regular training sessions and safety meetings to stay updated on best practices and regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
- Hold a valid crane and forklift operator certification, proving competency in equipment operation.
- Bring at least 2 years of experience operating cranes and forklifts, showcasing practical expertise.
