Roles & Responsibilities

General Description:
The Creative Director will lead the creative vision and direction for ARQAM. As a key
member of the leadership team, the Creative Director will oversee all aspects of creative
development, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Inspire a team of designers, motion artists, and video editors to produce high-quality,
innovative content across various platforms for our clients and partners
Collaborate closely with the content team to conceptualize and execute creative
campaigns and pieces
Oversee the development of visual assets, including graphics, videos, and multimedia
content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and standards
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and
content creation
Provide guidance and feedback to team members, fostering a culture of creativity,
collaboration, and continuous improvement
Represent the agency in client meetings and presentations, articulating creative
concepts and strategies effectively
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Creative Writing, or a related field
Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a senior creative role, with a strong
portfolio showcasing creative projects and campaigns.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and
motivate others
Expertise in design principles, visual aesthetics, and storytelling techniques
Strong communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of the sports industry and familiarity with Saudi Arabian culture and trends
is advantageous
Job specifications:
Knowledge: deep understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising concepts,
knowledge of design trends, techniques, and best practices and familiarity with digital
media platforms and technologies
Skills: Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, strong conceptualization and
visualization skills, ability to provide constructive feedback and direction, proficiency
in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
Abilities: Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines,
attention to detail and commitment to quality, leadership skills to inspire and empower
team members, adaptability and flexibility to evolving creative briefs and requirements
