Creative Graphic Designer ANS ADVERTISEMENT AND DESIGN S.P.S-L.L.C

Requirements (The Foundation): Software Mastery : Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, specifically: Adobe Illustrator (Vector graphics, logos, signage layouts) Adobe Photoshop (Image editing, manipulation, high-res pre-press) Adobe InDesign (Layouts for brochures, flyers, if applicable) Print Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of pre-press requirements: CMYK color mode, color separation, and spot colors. Setting up Bleeds, Trim Marks, and Safety Zones. Managing high-resolution assets for large-scale output. Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing examples of large-format work. Responsibilities: 1. Design & Conceptualization: Conceptualize and create visually stunning designs for a diverse range of advertising materials, including large format prints (signage, banners, exhibitions, billboards, wall graphics), vehicle wraps, and marketing collateral (flyers, brochures). Translate client briefs and marketing strategies into creative, high-impact visual solutions that align with brand guidelines. 2. Print Production & Pre-press: Prepare flawless, print-ready files for various printing methods, specifically digital and large format printing. Work closely with the Large Format Operator to troubleshoot and optimize files for RIP software and specific machine requirements. Manage color accuracy, ensuring designs are correctly profiled and consistent across different substrates and materials. 3. Workflow & Asset Management: Manage and organize all design assets, including fonts, vector files, and high-resolution photography. Review and approve proofs (digital and hard copy) to ensure final output quality and accuracy before mass production. 4. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the sales team, copywriters, and the production team (the Large Format Operator and Paster) to ensure seamless transition from design to final installation.
