We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. • Develop and design creative assets for digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize campaign visuals.
• Interpret brand guidelines to create cohesive designs that reflect company identity.
• Utilize design software to execute high-quality graphics and layouts.
• Stay up to date with industry trends to inform design sensibilities and strategies.
• Refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Produce illustrations and other graphic assets for various marketing initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure all designs meet accuracy standards and maintain brand consistency.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.
• Prepare and present design concepts to team members and stakeholders effectively.
• Adapt designs for various media formats, including responsive digital designs.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects, techniques, and design elements.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale and concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines consistently.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
