Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design visual content for social media, including posts, stories, covers, and banners (static and motion)
- Create designs for digital ads on Meta platforms, websites, landing pages, and other online channels
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop creative ideas
- Follow brand guidelines and make sure all designs match the brand style
- Keep all designs consistent across different platforms
- Prepare design files correctly for digital and print use
- Review feedback and apply changes in a positive and professional way
- Handle multiple design tasks at the same time and meet deadlines
- Suggest ideas to improve design quality and results
- Keep design files well-organized and properly saved
- Communicate with team members and share progress updates when needed
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience working as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
A strong portfolio showing branding, digital design, and social media work
Good knowledge of Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Understanding of basic design and branding principles
Ability to turn ideas into clear and effective designs
Good time management skills and ability to handle more than one project
Experience with motion graphics, animations, or short videos
Basic knowledge of digital marketing or online advertising
Experience designing for websites or landing pages
Understanding of print design and file setup
Experience working in a fast-paced team or agency
