The Role: More Than Just a Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and exceptionally organized Graphic Designer who thrives on ownership. This is a unique hybrid role where you will be the creative mastermind and the strategic driver for all design projects. You won't just execute designs; you will lead them, managing the entire lifecycle from the first spark of an idea to the final installed element.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design & Conceptualization (70%)

• Develop compelling and original creative concepts, themes, and visual identities for a diverse portfolio of events.
• Design a wide range of print and digital assets, including: event branding suites (logos, style guides), marketing collateral (brochures, social media graphics), environmental graphics (large-scale backdrops, signage, wayfinding), and presentation decks.
• Create stunning mock-ups and visualizations to present ideas to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure all designs are on-brand, on-brief, and of the highest quality, reflecting the brand's premium standard.

Project Management (30%)

• Own the design timeline: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from brief to delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Client & Team Liaison: Act as the main design point of contact for clients, account managers, and production teams. Clearly present concepts and incorporate feedback.
• Vendor Management: Source, brief, and manage external vendors such as printers, fabricators, and illustrators, ensuring quality control and timely execution.
• Budget Oversight: Work with the Head of Sales & Production to manage the design budget for each project, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
