We re partnering with a leading, diversified lifestyle and real estate group in the region to appoint a Group Head of Creative a pivotal leadership role responsible for building and scaling a high-performance in-house creative studio. This is an opportunity to shape a best-in-class content engine that delivers fast, high-quality, and performance-driven creative across multiple business verticals.

The Role As Group Head of Creative, you will lead the end-to-end creative and production ecosystem balancing brand storytelling with commercial impact. You will oversee content creation across digital, video, OOH, events, and CRM, while ensuring speed, consistency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale an in-house creative studio delivering multi-channel content at pace
  • Oversee full content production lifecycle from briefing through to delivery
  • Build efficient workflows, SLAs, and resource planning models
  • Ensure strong brand consistency and high creative standards across all outputs
  • Partner with Brand, Performance Marketing, CX, and Communications teams for unified storytelling
  • Manage internal teams, freelancers, and external production partners
  • Develop content formats designed for testing, optimisation, and performance uplift
  • Drive operational efficiency through asset reuse and digital asset management (DAM) systems
