Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the hotel s creative vision, ensuring consistency across all branding, marketing, and guest-facing materials.
- Oversee design, photography, videography, and art direction for marketing campaigns and hotel initiatives.
- Curate and manage the hotel s art collection, coordinating permanent displays and rotating exhibits.
- Collaborate with artists, galleries, and cultural institutions to source, commission, and feature unique works of art.
- Enhance public areas, guest rooms, and event venues through innovative visual and artistic concepts.
- Plan and execute art installations, exhibitions, and cultural activations that engage guests and reflect the 25hours brand identity.
- Partner with marketing, events, and F&B teams to create cohesive and immersive guest experiences.
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, stylists, and creative partners.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships for all creative undertakings.
- Maintain high design standards that reflect the hotel s modern, playful, and culturally connected spirit.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Fine Arts, Design, Marketing, or a related creative field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in creative direction, branding, or art curation, preferably within luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands.
Strong portfolio demonstrating art direction, visual identity, and experiential design expertise.
In-depth understanding of contemporary art, interior design, and cultural trends.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant project management tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and storytelling abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced creative environment.
Keen aesthetic sense with a balance between artistic vision and brand strategy.
