Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Execute and monitor credit approvals by reviewing disbursement documents, verifying the fulfillment of legal, financial, and technical requirements, and processing disbursements and settlements in line with approved schedules and policies.

Verify the accuracy of collateral, follow up on renewals, and ensure proper and accurate data entry into the system.

Record all credit-related data, monitor customer obligations and delinquency indicators, verify repayment matching between branches and relevant entities, and ensure all approval information is correctly recorded in the system.

Issue payment requests to the Finance Department for processing SME intermediary credit approvals.

Respond to all audit comments related to the implementation of financing disbursements until full completion.

Contribute to preparing periodic reports within the required deadlines.

Participate in preparing quarterly provisions for SME intermediary obligations.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of all debt records executed by the Head Office.

Propose innovative, non-traditional solutions to ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality execution while strictly adhering to all credit policy guidelines.

Skills & Competencies:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in computer use, MS Office applications, and credit systems.

Strong understanding of regulations, laws, and guidelines related to credit operations and collateral.

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to work under pressure and effectively collaborate within a team to ensure high-quality performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Initiative, accountability, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field preferably Commerce, Information Systems, or Law.
  • Minimum 1 year of practical experience in credit control.
