Salary Package :
• Gross Base Salary:
• 6500 EGP during probation period
• Once the probation period has elapsed, the salary goes up to 7200 EGP with 1000 EGP still linked to attendance
• Results-based bonus (Based on KPIs): 2000 EGP per month The bonus is based on the total number of approved and on actual first paid installment
Contract :
• Full Time Contract @ 40 hours a week No flexible working time until at least 6 months within the contract
• Probation Period: 3 months
• Medical Insurance: TriStar network
Shift Pattern:
• Monday to Friday
• 8 hours a day
• From 3pm to midnight (Training Production)
• NB: Working hours can change to suit business requirements Should it be the case, you will be given sufficient notice
• Public Holidays: US Public holidays

Bachelor's Degree at least
Business Services - Other Financial Services Outsourcing/Offshoring

Requirements:
• Fluent English Speaker - all candidates will be screened by a native speaker
• Previous call center experience is ESSENTIAL
• Experience in finance PREFERRED
• Excellent communication skills
