Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis of credit applications, assessing risks and determining creditworthiness based on quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Prepare thorough credit reports that summarize findings, highlight key financial metrics, and provide actionable recommendations for decision-makers.
  • Monitor existing credit accounts for changes in financial health, ensuring compliance with credit policies and identifying potential risks early.
  • Engage with clients to gather necessary financial documentation, clarifying any discrepancies and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their financial situation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred for advanced analytical roles.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in credit analysis or risk management within a financial institution or relevant industry.
  • Professional certifications such as Credit Risk Certification (CRC) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) will give candidates a competitive edge.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and analysis software such as Excel, with the ability to interpret complex financial statements.
