Credit Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data and credit reports to assess the creditworthiness of clients and make informed lending decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

-Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other data to assess the creditworthiness of clients.

-Review credit reports from various credit bureaus to identify potential credit risks.

- Assess the credit risk of clients and make recommendations for credit approvals or declines.

- Monitor and manage a portfolio of loans to ensure that credit risks are minimized.

-Work closely with the lending team to provide credit analysis and recommendations.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of credit analysis and recommendations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

-2+ years of experience in credit analysis or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex financial data.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams.

-Certifications such as CFA, CMA, or CPA are a plus.
