Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor critically ill patients' vital signs, neurological status, and other critical parameters using advanced technology, ensuring early detection of subtle changes.
- Administer medications, including intravenous drugs and vasopressors, with precision and adherence to strict protocols, managing potential adverse effects.
- Provide comprehensive respiratory support, including mechanical ventilation management, airway suctioning, and arterial blood gas analysis, optimizing patient oxygenation.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring holistic patient care.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Holds a minimum of 2 years of critical care experience in a high-acuity setting such as an ICU or CCU.
- Certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Demonstrates proficiency in interpreting ECGs, ABGs, and other critical patient data.
