Purpose of the job:
Handle customer contact effectively and professionally. Ensure customers data is up to date on the system. Make sure that all customers are contacted whenever required and satisfied. Handle customers complaints with professionalism and directing them to the correct contact person. Ensure that all customers who visit are captured on the system and their concerns/interests are followed up.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Carry out data verifications checks to make sure that all customers profiles are updated and ready to be used instantly for Marketing and other operations.
• Update customers details upon each and every call.
• Escalate complaints to CRM Assistant Manager whenever required.
• Handle CRM system and reports required by the brand.
• Follow up calls.
• Monitor and share the report with CRM Manager.
• Understand and adhere to Company s protocol and conduct
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
• respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Contact the customer for service reminder.
Monthly & Yearly Reports:
As specified in duties & responsibilities
Work Experiences:
• General Certificate
• At least 1-year experience as a customer relations assistant
• Customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of common computer applications
• Knowledge of administrative procedures
Working Conditions:
Saturday Thursday Based on weekly schedule.
