Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will support the following areas :

  • Partner with the CRM Project Manager to adapt and implement global and local marketing campaigns, including email and clienteling initiatives.
  • Track campaign performance through existing tools, build dashboards, and recommend optimizations for future activations.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and propose A/B tests to enhance engagement.
  • Maintain weekly reporting for boutique teams and support them with best practices and clienteling training.
  • Act as a liaison with regional and HQ teams to refine CRM tools and ways of working .

Insights & Data Quality

  • Analyze dashboards to identify product and client insights that inform launch strategies.
  • Support boutiques in maintaining data quality and monitoring client database accuracy.

Client Selection & Engagement

  • Partner with internal teams to identify the right clients for gifting, events, and boutique activations.
  • Coordinate event attendance tracking and client studies with boutiques.

Desired Candidate Profile

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • A Bachelor s degree in STEM (Mathematics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, IT, or Finance); a Master s or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, Client Development, Data Insights, Loyalty, or Business Intelligence (luxury experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and visualization skills, with experience in dashboards and data interpretation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, autonomous, and hands-on approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic and/or French is a plus.
