Roles & Responsibilities

As a key member of the leadership team you will design the risk strategy and framework to meet financial goals and ensure that regulatory requirements are met across credit, market, operational and financial risk. Intimately understanding the risk drivers of the business, you will partner closely with the CEO, CCO and CTO to launch a robust risk engine so that the lending book can be scaled. Intimately understanding the risk drivers of the business, you will partner closely with the CEO, CCO and CTO to launch a robust risk engine so that the lending book can be scaled. Challenging decisions and contributing to the financial risk integrity of the venture, this will be a hands on role. As such you will have at least 10-20 years of executive level financial risk management experience with a track record of success in implementing risk management framework from scratch, ideally within a fintech/digital assets start up. In addition you will have an in depth understanding of the regulatory crypto environment as well as collateralised lending risk. This is a diverse but exciting role working with a great group so an energised "make it happen" attitude combined with realistic pragmatism is needed. Relocation will be offered for this role if required.
