Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with Corporate Service Provider (CSP) activities including company formations, amendments, renewals, visa assistance, etc.
Support in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and vouching
Liaise with clients and relevant authorities for documentation and compliance
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submissions
Assist with other tax and regulatory compliance tasks as required
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated CSP & Tax Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The role involves supporting corporate services and tax-related functions, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all deliverables.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, with good English communication skills and capable of taking ownership of tasks independently.
Basic knowledge of VAT and UAE compliance requirements
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools
