Roles & Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play an essential role by:
- Answering customer needs: Ensuring high-quality service by answering questions via phone, email or chat.
- Solving problems: Identifying and addressing requests or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Supporting customers: Providing tailor-made solutions to strengthen customer trust and loyalty.
- Contributing to continuous improvement: Sharing customer feedback to optimize our services and processes.
