Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Walk in Interview Time: [10:30 AM To 01:30PM ] Address: Venue: Office No. 203, 2nd Floor, Al Rigga Building Behind Al Bassam Center, Rigga Area, Dubai (Last Date: 28th March)

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and ensure all information is accurately documented for future reference.

  • Proactively engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to enhance their experience and satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution while keeping customers informed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

  • Freshers also can apply for this position

  • Proficiency in English is required.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools to streamline communication and task management.
