As a Customer Care Front Office Senior Representative in our Fragrances Division you will be key member of the team that provides our customers with excellent service in responding to their queries and processing their orders in the most efficient and cost-effective way. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Sales Team, Operations and Givaudan Business Solutions, and will get to know your customers well across the Middle East & North Africa region; facilitating a central link that meets the customer needs ultimately touching the lives of the end-product consumers. In this exciting role you will:
• Actively work with the customer care team on customer intimacy and delivering superior customer experience
• Provide support for assigned customers and affiliates to meet order requirements and escalate issues where appropriate
• Manage sales order process from receipt of order through to shipment for assigned customers and affiliates in line with Customer Care guidelines
• Own and manage the day to day communication and collaboration with customers, operations and sales
• Resolve issues and handle customer complaints internally and externally, and determine corrective action
• Confirm pricing, inventory availability and provide ship date information
• Prepare Debit and Credit notes, process notifications and Customer Returns
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure orders are dispatched / delivered on time and manage customer expectations
• Collaborate with planning on information relating to demand planning and stock positions and actively participate in demand planning meetings
• Update and maintain accurate customer records, including customer specific information, contracts, labelling, packaging and stock requirements
• Provide coverage and support accounts for other team members as necessary
• Properly identify the right communication method based on the sense of urgency and issue
• Knows how to diffuse a difficult situation and get resolution with the customers
• Be able to work independently and prioritise workload
• Identify opportunities for improvements in customer care
• Participate to customer visits and presentations when required

Your professional profile includes:
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in a similar multi-country set up
• Experienced and capable of managing the Sales Order Process from end to end
• Proven track record in customer relationship management
• Strong business and customer orientation
• Solid inventory management knowledge
• Understanding of Incoterms and shipping terminology including Credoc
• Excellent communication skills; listening, informing
• Well developed interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Team player
• Adaptable and flexible, looks for solutions
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with ambiguity
• Time Management
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP platform ideally)
• Strong PC user skills including Microsoft Office expertise and Google suite
• Language Skills: English and preferably French and/or Arabic desirable
• An university degree or a Diploma ideally in services, customer care and supply chain management
