Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints, issues, and requests with empathy and efficiency.
  • Provide detailed product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate complex customer issues.
  • Monitor and follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and share insights with management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GoSupps.com products, promotions, and policies.
  • Support the continuous improvement of customer service processes and best practices.

  • Experience in Odoo and Chat.
  • Ability to work full-time in an on-site office environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of professionalism, patience, and empathy.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
  • 0-3 years of experience.
  • Fluency in English is a MUST.
