Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Provide detailed product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate complex customer issues.
- Monitor and follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and share insights with management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GoSupps.com products, promotions, and policies.
- Support the continuous improvement of customer service processes and best practices.
- Experience in Odoo and Chat.
- Ability to work full-time in an on-site office environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High level of professionalism, patience, and empathy.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field.
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Fluency in English is a MUST.
