About the Job
This job is people-centric , where you need to be very comfortable talking, engaging and supporting people.
We sell software systems and mobile Apps, and your role will be related to supporting existing clients, searching for new leads, establishing first contact and supporting the sales team.

So, we are looking for cheerful and charismatic person who is technology lover, and can use text-chatting/phone-calls/Skype/emails (in both Arabic and English) and any other communications tool perfectly.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
Receive customer tickets and issues (verbal and textual) and handle them.
Identify leads and establish first contact by phone or emails or viatheir social channels
Make system demos to users and explain how the mobile APP works
some outdoor visits will be needed to support the sales team.

Job Requirements
Technology lover and enthusiast, love smart phone technologies and familiar with android mobiles.
Love dealing and interacting with people from all countries and nationalities.
Phone conversation skills

** Work can be 3 days from office (Dokki, Giza) and 2 days from home
** Basic salary and sales commission is available
