Customer Experience Specialist
Job Location : UAE
Job Requirements :
Provide information on all OIC Products to existing & potential clients.
Execute client instructions as per OIC policy
Handle Calls and Queries as per assigned Targets
Ensure the monthly conversion ratios are met
Any other assigned responsibilities are fulfilled on a day to day basis.
Ensure Call Quality scores are met on each customer call.
Resolve customer complaints, either directly or conjointly with the other concerned dept's
Identify & forward customers feedback, and contribute to process improvement
