Job Description: The Customer Care Center team handles customer complaints, following the standard customer complaint process, in order to meet customer response time target and cost/complaint target. The Center will aim to continuously improve the speed of the complaint handling to improve Customer satisfaction, while reducing the cost per complaint. • Technically investigate the complaints using the customer feedback, the samples provided by the customers, the Quality Control data, the test results requested to reproduce the defect, the traceability data of the goods delivered and the continuous communication with technical field team. • Approach Customer issues using Problem Solving Methodologies: Problem Description, Containment, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Actions. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external customers. • Undertake Customer complaints s handling and administration, including appropriate complaint analysis. Decide on outcome of Complaints, based on factual analysis. • Answer customer and internal calls promptly & communicate with customers in a timely manner. Job Requirements: • You have a Bachelor Degree with 2-3 years experience in an industrial B2B environment. • You are highly problem solving minded and possess a strong analytical spirit. • You are open-minded and result oriented • Fluency in Arabic and English is a requirement. Knowledge of any other language will be considered as an advantage. • You have a strong customer focus/quality experience.
