Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Female-Customer Relationship Executive to join our Homecare facility. The ideal candidate should have a background in call center or customer service, preferably within the healthcare industry, and will be responsible for managing lead conversions through inbound/outbound calls and electronic communication channels. Should have strong communication skills, a passion for homecare service, and proven experience in handling customer inquiries, booking appointments, and effectively explaining our wide range of services.
Job Role: Customer Relationship Executive
Area: Healthcare (Home/Hospital)
Job Responsibilities:
•
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels professionally and efficiently.
•
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
•
Provide accurate information on Homecare service packages, processes, and policies to clients.
•
Manage client queries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy.
•
Maximize lead conversions to a successful client.
•
Accurately document client interactions in the system and follow up as required.
•
Adhere to on-call scripting and maintain up-to-date knowledge of services and industry practices.
•
Support administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth workflow of the department.
Job Requirements:
•
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in tele sales, patient coordination, or customer support, preferably within the healthcare sector.
•
Strong command of English (spoken and written) & Arabic
•
Proficiency in desktop applications, internet use, and advanced computer knowledge.
•
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
•
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
•
Experience in inbound and outbound documentation.
•
Flexibility to work rotational shifts
Preferred Skills
•
Knowledge of healthcare customer management systems.
•
Able to achieve Lead conversions to increase the sales
•
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
•
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
