Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing a warm and professional experience.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide guidance on products, services, and promotions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and availability.
  • Coordinate with sales and inventory teams to ensure smooth order processing and product delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, purchases, and complaints.
  • Ensure the showroom is well-organized, presentable, and stocked with necessary product information.
  • Promote additional products and upsell where appropriate to enhance customer experience and sales.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, new arrivals, and store policies to assist customers efficiently.
