Your mission as a Customer Service Advisor
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a fundamental role by:
Responding to customer needs: Ensuring quality service by answering questions via phone, email, or chat.
Resolving problems : Identifying and managing requests or complaints to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Building customer loyalty : Offering personalized solutions to strengthen customer trust and loyalty.
Contributing to continuous improvement : Sharing customer feedback to optimize our services and processes.
