Your mission as a Customer Service Advisor
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a fundamental role by:
- Responding to customer needs : Ensuring quality service by answering questions by phone, email, or chat.
- Problem Solving : Identify and manage requests or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer loyalty : Offering customized solutions to strengthen customer trust and loyalty.
