Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Utilize advanced CRM software to track customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up on all inquiries.
- Provide product knowledge and guidance, helping customers make informed decisions tailored to their specific needs.
- Manage and respond to customer feedback, proactively seeking solutions to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
A minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business or communications is preferred.
At least 1 years of experience in customer service or related fields, with a proven track record of success.
Fluency in English is required.
Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, showcasing technical literacy to enhance workflow.
