Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to insurance policies, coverage, premiums, and renewals
  • Provide clear and accurate information on insurance products and services
  • Support customers with claims registration, follow-ups, and basic claim-related queries
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in CRM systems
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when required
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, company policies, and service standards
  • Achieve individual and team service-level KPIs (call handling time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction)
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or bachelor s degree (preferred)
  • 1 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in insurance or financial services
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of insurance products, terminology, and processes (health, motor, life, or general insurance)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in insurance claims or policy administration
  • Multilingual skills (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Familiarity with UAE insurance regulations (if applicable)
