Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reply and respond to all Tickets on our System
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they ve solved a technical issue

Work Conditions :

  • Rotational shifts (9.00 AM to 5:00 PM from Office - 5:00 To 01:00 AM from Home)
  • Rotational Day Off (2 Days off).
  • Hybrid Model (Three days from Office & 2 Days from home)
  • Training one month paid

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of technical experience ex orange or WE or software/Hosting Company is preferable
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • English level is at least very good
  • Sales experience is preferred
