Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Calling Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist players support retention efforts, and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction. •Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to/from players in a professional manner.
