Desired Candidate Profile

- Excellent problem-solving abilities, showcasing a proactive approach to resolving customer concerns and enhancing satisfaction.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer demands.
- A strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry and customer interactions to minimize errors.
