Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries with promptness and professionalism to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Handle product returns and exchanges with a clear understanding of company policies to maintain customer loyalty and trust.
  • Assist customers with product selections by providing tailored recommendations based on their preferences and previous purchases.
  • Conduct surveys and gather feedback to provide insights to management, aiding in the continuous improvement of services.
  • Resolve complaints swiftly and effectively, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills to turn negative experiences into positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of service, sharing best practices and supporting each other’s growth.
  • Educate customers about new products and services, empowering them to make informed decisions and driving sales.
  • Manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and company updates, ensuring accurate information is conveyed to customers.
