As a Customer Service Associate in the retail industry, you will be the frontline ambassador for our store, providing exceptional service to our valued customers.   • Keep the physical appearance of the store inviting through regular cleaning and organizing.
  • Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on the latest offerings.
  • Support inventory management through stock replenishment and pricing updates.
  • Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions to enhance shopping experiences.
  • Stay current on company policies and store security measures to ensure a safe environment.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is beneficial.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset required.
  • Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory tasks.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
