We ve recently launched our Cairo site and are expanding quickly and we re looking for talented Spanish + English speakers to be part of our journey.
- Engage with customers via phone, email and chat to resolve queries and deliver an exceptional experience.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely, effective solutions.
- Develop a strong understanding of our clients products and services.
- Log all interactions accurately in our systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Share feedback and ideas to help us continuously improve.
- Follow company and data-protection policies at all times.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (advanced or fluent level - C1).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and positive attitude.
- Previous call-centre or service experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work rotational shifts to support international clients.
- 12 + years of global experience with trusted international brands.
