Spanish + English Customer Service Associate Cairo

We ve recently launched our Cairo site and are expanding quickly and we re looking for talented Spanish + English speakers to be part of our journey.

What You ll Do
  • Engage with customers via phone, email and chat to resolve queries and deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely, effective solutions.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our clients products and services.
  • Log all interactions accurately in our systems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Share feedback and ideas to help us continuously improve.
  • Follow company and data-protection policies at all times.
What We re Looking For
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (advanced or fluent level - C1).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset and positive attitude.
  • Previous call-centre or service experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts to support international clients.
