Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and submit quotations, follow-up order processing, stock reports, preparation of invoices, LPO, delivery notes and other relevant documents
  • Coordinate with customers through emails, letters, faxes and other forms
  • Daily update of ERP & CRM Systems

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Coordinator with experience in Security Systems, ELV & Networking Industry to join our team in ABU DHABI. The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to customers, managing order processing, and coordinating with internal teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 4 - 5 years as Customer Service Coordination, handling Government and Corporate Clients
  • Technical / IT customer service background experience in Security Systems, ELV & Networking Industry preferred.
  • Knowledgeable about preparing quotations, submission of tenders, managing Maintenance Service Contracts and relevant correspondence.
  • Arabic speaking, female/male candidate
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English languages
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • We are seeking candidates who can START IMMEDIATELY.
