Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality customer service at the mall s Information Desk, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Maintain updated knowledge of mall amenities, store locations, promotions, and upcoming events.
* Assist visitors by providing clear directions and responding to inquiries in person or via phone.
* Manage customer feedback and resolve complaints courteously, following established service procedures and SLAs.
* Support the execution of the Gift Card program and ensure accurate cash handling in compliance with policies.
* Collaborate with the mall s operations and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement initiatives.
* Ensure all customer interactions reflect Majid Al Futtaim s service excellence and brand standards.

Ideal Profile

* High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or certification in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
* Minimum 2 years of customer service experience within a reputed shopping mall or luxury hotel environment in the GCC.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to remain calm, professional, and approachable in a fast-paced setting.
