Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous, professional assistance to mall visitors at the Customer Service Information Desk.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of mall facilities, stores, amenities, and ongoing promotions to assist customers effectively.
  • Support daily desk operations in line with Majid Al Futtaim s Customer Service guidelines.
  • Manage and resolve customer concerns promptly and politely, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate the execution of the Gift Card program and ensure all payment handling complies with company procedures.
  • Work closely with supervisors and team leaders to ensure smooth desk functionality and customer experience.
  • Handle inbound inquiries by phone or in person, providing clear information and guidance.
  • Contribute to delivering a memorable and effortless customer journey across all touchpoints.

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certification in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service within luxury retail, shopping malls, or five-star hospitality environments in the GCC.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent grooming, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.

Multilingual abilities (especially Arabic and English) preferred.
