Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, or orders
• Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow company guidelines and protocols for service quality
• Provide feedback on recurring issues to management for improvement
• Assist with upselling or cross-selling products/services when appropriate
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve targets


Desired Candidate Profile

• High school or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Friendly, professional, and patient attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office
• Prior experience in customer service or call center is preferred but freshers can apply
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in shifts if required
