Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Act as a point of contact for international customers, ensuring timely and professional communication.

  • Support the sales team by providing required documents and information for smooth export transactions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, order-related queries, and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as production, planning, logistics, and accounts, etc.
  • Prepare and manage export-related documentation and reports.
  • Maintain records and update information in SAP.
  • Ensure levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective service.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or export sales support (preferred)

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in email communication, MS Excel, worksheets, and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of SAP is advantage.

Language Proficiency

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to communicate in English or Hindi with internal departments.

Interpersonal & Professional Skills

  • Strong customer-handling and inquiry resolution skills.
  • Good listening skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
