Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive in the Freight & Logistics sector, you will be the main point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. Your role is crucial in managing customer inquiries, tracking shipments, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. You'll be tasked with maintaining excellent service levels, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding shipments.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve shipping and logistics issues.
  • Monitor and track shipment statuses and provide updates to clients.
  • Ensure that all customer requests and queries are handled professionally.
  • Prepare and maintain shipment documentation and related reports as needed.
  • Assist in optimizing logistical processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide problem-solving solutions in complex logistics situations.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about company services and logistics trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty.
  • Support the sales team in processing orders and other customer-related tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and international shipping regulations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or logistics roles is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with international shipping regulations and processes is beneficial.
