Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Process and validate customer orders accurately and on time to meet delivery targets.
- Manage order entry, documentation, and follow-ups with the warehouse for smooth deliveries.
- Handle invoices, credit notes, and customer returns according to company guidelines.
- Resolve invoice issues and maintain correct customer pricing.
- Log and track customer complaints in the system.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external customers to ensure excellent service.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Holding a Bachelor s degree
- At least two years of work experience in a Customer Service-related field
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills. Arabic is an advantage
- Advanced Computer Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, data entry
