We currently have an opening for the position of Customer Service Associate/ Receptionist.

Looking for Arabic + English speaker (Bilingual)

5 Days Working in a week / 8 hrs a day

Mandatory to have the below

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Services.
Strong Interpersonal skills, Personal drive, commitment and being a self-starter.
Strong communication in both Arabic and English.
Job Description

Treat patients courteously and with respect; and provide patients with accurate information.
Maintain smooth, organized, and orderly flow of patients moving in and out of the hospital premises.
Guide patients and visitors to appropriate areas in the Hospital
Receive and register patient queries, concerns and complains, and assist in resolving concerns in an appropriate manner in accordance with the Hospital policies & procedures
Follow up with the respective departments regarding the patient complains registered and ensure complains are resolved and closed.
Document accurately patient interactions and deliver to the relevant personnel, in a timely manner.
Educate patients about the healthcare programs, procedures, and healthcare services provided.
Collect and document patient demographic information into the system.
Support the daily activities of the registration area and develop statistical quality assurance report including, the waiting time of a patient, registration speed, etc.
Assist the registration clerks as necessary to ensure effective and efficient services are provided.
